Eli Francis
Attorney Ellijay, Ga

Who I am:

I was raised in Forsyth County, where my family still resides to this day. After spending time away from the North Georgia mountains to attend College and Law School, my Wife and I returned to the North Georgia area to raise our two boys.

Having lived in North Georgia, Augusta, Macon, and practiced in both Metro Atlanta and North Georgia has afforded me exceptional insight and connection into the communities that I serve, as well as the Judges and Juries in these areas.

School:

I attended Augusta University for my undergraduate degree where I obtained a B.S. Honors Degree with Dual Major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. I attended Law School at Mercer University School of Law where I graduated in the top 20% of my class.

Areas of Practice:

I have dedicated my career to assisting individuals and families with the most common legal problems they may face. (1) Fighting for the families of individuals that have been accused of a crime, (2) Assisting families through the complex process of Divorce, Child Custody, and Domestic Violence issues, (3) Helping families prepare their loved one’s estate plan or the probate of their estate, and (4) Representing business owners and/or individuals with general civil litigation and practice.

Why I Do This:

From an early age, my passion for justice and my commitment to advocating for the rights of others have been the guiding forces behind my decision to become an Attorney. Growing up in a community where legal representation was often a luxury rather than a readily available resource, I witnessed firsthand the profound impact that a skilled and compassionate Attorney could have on the lives of individuals facing legal challenges. This awareness fueled my desire to pursue a career in law, driven by the belief that everyone deserves a fair and just legal representation, regardless of their background or financial means. As an Attorney, I am dedicated to upholding the principles of justice, ensuring that the legal system serves as a tool for positive change and empowerment for those who seek guidance and advocacy.
