Second DUI
Punishment: 2nd DUI in 10 years

- 240 hours (30 days) of community service
- Driver’s license suspension – 12 month minimum with requirement of Ignition interlock device

- Publication of photo in the local newspaper- if 2nd conviction in 5 years ($25 publication fee required).
